Common questions
What counts as bulk?
Ten units or more. It doesn't have to be ten of the same thing.
Can I mix categories?
Yes, and most people do. Badminton rackets, boxing gloves and printed bags on one invoice is a normal Tuesday.
Do you offer payment terms?
Registered clubs, schools and gyms can apply for net 30. Otherwise it's a deposit up front with the balance before we ship.
What if something's out of stock?
We tell you in the quote rather than after you've paid, and we suggest something comparable at the same tier.
